Project 1: Steel Pipes, Sheet Metal & Profiles Plant — 300,000 tons/year
This plant is currently under construction and is designed for the high-efficiency production of ERW steel pipes, sheet metal, hollow structural bars and a wide range of rolled steel profiles.

- Annual capacity: 300,000 tons (tubes, profiles, sheet/strip)
- Technology & Equipment: Danieli (Italy) and LDM production lines
- Investment: USD 39,8 million (Equipment – 17,13m; Buildings & installation – 22,7m)
- Construction Start: 1 July 2026
- Construction Period: 2026–2028
- Production Launch: 2028/2029
- Location: 91 Mitchell Street, Oswego, NY (near Port Oswego and highway access)

Project 2: Rebar, Wire Rod & Bars Plant — 500,000 tons/year
This rolling mill is being built to produce rebar, wire rod, steel bars and related reinforcement products for construction and infrastructure projects across the United States.

- Annual capacity: 500,000 tons (300k rebar, 100k wire rod, 100k bars)
- Technology: Danieli (Italy) equipment
- Investment: USD 77 million (Equipment – 47m; Buildings & installation – 30m)
- Construction Period: 2026–2029
- Production Launch: 2029/2030
- Location: 101 Mitchell Street, Oswego, NY (adjacent to port and rail)
